Soumya is passionate about providing innovative software solutions to the legal industry. She served as CEO of PracticePanther before forming Paradigm, and previously held roles at companies ranging from AWS to Blackstone. Excited to announce that Paradigm has acquired TrustBooks, a leading accounting solution tailor-made for law firms. Nettimi began her career as a private equity investor at Blackstone Capital Partners in New York City. Since then, she has worked in a number of management roles, most recently as a senior product leader at Amazon Web Services.
